Construction cost of roof thermal insulation foamed cement construction is detailed

In general, the bulk density of roof insulation construction is controlled in 350-400 kg/m_and the average thickness is 8-10 cm.

2. Material cost accounting:

4. Water and electricity cost: According to our company's large output pumping machine, the total power of the whole set of equipment is 13KW, generating 1.5 yuan of water and electricity fee per cubic foamed cement.
5. Depreciation cost of equipment: According to our company's large output pumping machine design, under normal construction conditions, the depreciation cost for each cubic volume of foamed cement produced by the whole set of equipment is 2 yuan;
6. To sum up, the total cost per cubic foamed cement is 120+12+4.5+1.5+2=140 yuan.
If the bulk density is controlled at about 350 kg/m, the amount of cement used is 5.5 packs, which is 50 kg/pack.
According to our long-term construction experience, the thickness of roof thermal insulation foamed cement should not be less than 4cm in principle.
But the construction bulk density can be adjusted arbitrarily. If the powder of grade I and II fly ash is added to replace part of the cement and the amount of cement is replaced, the cost can be saved by 1/3 to meet the different requirements of heat preservation or pressure bearing.
